Services

Body Roller 2

1 hr£20

What do I wear to my session?

We recommend wearing well fitted workout attire such as leggings or shorts, and a well fitted top.
As the roller produces an infrared light, which helps in releasing surplus unwanted fat, toxins and water from the body. It is best to avoid wearing black as this prevents the light from providing its full benefits.

Do I need to prepare my body or bring anything with me?

We recommend drinking a litre of water an before the treatment. We also advise to bring water to drink during the session and something to tie up long hair.

Please refer to our website / social media pages for course prices.

love my lymphatic roller massages followed by the contrast therapy. feel very relaxed throughout & i can just switch off and have some "me-time". I do love the contrast therapy albeit will never get used to the icy temperature of the water but the feeling afterwards is priceless. Looking forward to my next session.

always thoroughly enjoy my treatments - even the contrast therapy - that is always an absolute shock to the system when i get into the ice cold plunge pool for the first time after the sauna, 2nd time around it's still as much a shock but i am ready for it & i come away feeling quite exhilarated & calm. Love Body & You, would highly recommend them

Another incredible contrast therapy experience. Will never get used to that first feeling when going from the lovely heat of the sauna to the icy cold plunge pool, it literally takes my breathe away, but I love it, the whole experience is exhilarating & I feel incredible afterwards. I am so glad each time to have done it & would highly recommend Body & You, they are superb

So great to be back. The lymphatic roller at Donna Marie’s is fantastic the new salon is so relaxing inviting and even in this hot weather lovely and cool a great space to just chill and embrace the well being that the massage machine gives. Gary and Donna Marie are just really lovely and I would recommend this particular treatment and relaxing salon. x
