What do I wear to my session?

We recommend wearing well fitted workout attire such as leggings or shorts, and a well fitted top.
As the roller produces an infrared light, which helps in releasing surplus unwanted fat, toxins and water from the body. It is best to avoid wearing black as this prevents the light from providing its full benefits.

Do I need to prepare my body or bring anything with me?

We recommend drinking a litre of water an before the treatment. We also advise to bring water to drink during the session and something to tie up long hair.

Contrast Therapy - Sauna & Cold Plunge

45 mins£15

Relax in a private courtyard with exclusive use of the sauna and cold plunge.

You can decide to use the sauna only or utilise the cold plunge to gain the maximum health benefits.

It is recommended you arrive with your swimwear under your clothes. Please bring warm clothes to change into, a towel and sliders / flip flops.

If using the cold plunge, you will need to towel dry yourself before re-entering the cold plunge.

You will be provided with a complimentary dressing gown and hot drink after your treatment.

The sauna can be set to infrared or traditional so please let us know which you would like so we can prepare the sauna accordingly.

If you are new to using Contrast Therapy, a member of the Body & You team will be on hand to assist.

Prices:
£15 single session for one person
£25 single session for two people

My first lymphatic massage, so went for a 60 mins trial. Donnamarie was very welcoming & explained how it works & talked to me about my body aims. As a first-timer she sat with me for the whole session and showed me how to get the most out of each position. I could use the controls to take at my own pace. A positive experience & lovely calming room, so have booked a full course. Would recommend Body & You to anyone thinking about it.

I absolutely love this place, very clean, beautifully decorated and smells lovely. The team have always been extremely friendly and welcoming. I have used the Body Roller, and seen amazing results in my skin tone and reduction in water retention, as well as making me feel really relaxed afterwards. Would recommend without hesitation.

Had my first roller taster session yesterday, after having both hips replaced and fully recovered I left feeling energised, pain free and looking forward to my next 12 sessions. Donna Marie made me so welcome and confident to use the machine talking through each step. Lovely healing atmosphere. Definitely adding in the sauna therapy. Amazing contrast therapy set up at Body & You. Really relaxing environment in a private courtyard. Gary and Donna Marie are so lovely and welcoming and explain everything so well. The prices are so reasonable too! I will be back many more times. I really cannot recommend it enough.
