Another incredible contrast therapy experience. Will never get used to that first feeling when going from the lovely heat of the sauna to the icy cold plunge pool, it literally takes my breathe away, but I love it, the whole experience is exhilarating & I feel incredible afterwards. I am so glad each time to have done it & would highly recommend Body & You, they are superb

So great to be back. The lymphatic roller at Donna Marie’s is fantastic the new salon is so relaxing inviting and even in this hot weather lovely and cool a great space to just chill and embrace the well being that the massage machine gives. Gary and Donna Marie are just really lovely and I would recommend this particular treatment and relaxing salon. x

Incredible experience. Had the lymphatic roller body massage to start with & then went on to the Contrast Therapy. That was amazing. Felt incredibly exhilarated after the first sauna & plunge in the ice cold plunge pool. 2nd time around, Felt calm & relaxed & in better control of my breath. Such a fantastic experience & Gary was incredible, talking me through the cold Therapy & making sure I was ok. Can't wait till my next session

10/10 contrast therapy set-up, sauna was perfectly hot and the cold plunge was definitely cold 🥶 we’ll definitely be back

Incredible 2 treatments at Body & You. Started with the full body roller lymphatic massage & then had my first Contrast Therapy session, wow, that was an experience. Sauna at 100 degrees heat & then 4 degrees plunge pool, goodness never experienced water that cold, but it was epic, will definitely be doing that again. DonnaMarie was wonderful, talking to me throughout the plunge pool element which kept me focused on concentrating & stabilising my breathing, she is so lovely

My partner and I love going to Body&You for both the roller and the contrast therapy. We went today and used their new sauna for the first time! Wow! It’s so spacious that you can lie down, which is so relaxing. The courtyard is such a lovely and peaceful space to do it in too. You can sit in the cold plunge and look at the sky and listen to the birds. Cannot recommend it enough! You come out feeling so fresh and calm, it’s amazing!
